Barcelona (German) Pavillon for the 1929 World Expo by Mies Van Der Rohe. The kind of place that I think I know by heart and in which I get good ideas every time I spend a couple of hours.

Today it is the central opaque glass wall. I had never noticed that it was a couple of feet thick and that light was filling it from above. It is open on the roof. It's thickness is shiny black.
