L'ile du Docteur Pierre
(The Island of Doctor Pierre)













is a very strange place.
No one knows exactly what happens there.

People who live in the Eastern part of Maui
say that none of those who visited the island ever came back...

Some say that Dr Pierre is only a scary legend.
Others tell the story of him being a weird phenomenologist
with a special interest in the World Wide Web (whatever this means)
and the arts.

Few claim to have met him and the descriptions are always different.
Sometimes he is described as a surfer with long hair,
other times, people said he was a bald geek...

Whatever the case, here is a picture of his island.

you will find it East of Maui
between Hana and Hamoa Beach.
