Beat

The response of passers-by is often to practice an old system of calisthenics: the Tai Chi form. They appear to be fighting ghosts.

The beat seems to adapt itself to the rythm of their movements. Small robotic structures form into complex configurations, some levitate momentarily with gravity reflectors (employing the Stillman-Kohrinck principle), some quickly evolve intricate gaits and walk cycles. Some very familiar, others rotational-based, spin-walks and loop vortex propulsions, wonderfully unfamiliar to the observers. Just as suddenly, the structures break up and scatter, ready to rebuild again.
