Thursday August 29th, 1996 Pioneer abuse.  Before meeting with the snow sculptor at the museum I pass by Lemoine to pick up my CD chargers. The guy tells me that he called me not to let me know that he had the pieces I ordered but to let me know the price of each piece. One 6-CD charger for a PD-M403 by Pioneer costs FF590.00. It is about half the price of the CD player itself. How can this be possible? The 6-CD charger is made of a couple of pieces of plastic assembled together. Today Pioneer has lost a client.  |
