The red cushions of the Ramatuelle festival.

Last week I went to an outdoor event in Monaco.
I wondered why my mind was more focussed
on the blue cushions that we were given at the entrance
than on the representation itself.

Tonight in Ramatuelle I finally understand why.

The setting of the two events is very similar.
The public is sitting on the concrete steps of an outdoor amphitheatre.
For their comfort flat cushions have been placed on the steps.

The big difference is that in Ramatuelle
people through their comfort on the stage at the end of the show.
It seems to be a tradition as the poster of the series of events
shows the stage covered with those red cushions.

Who cares about the art as long as the audience can respond.

I immediately thought of using a binary code
in which green cushions would stand for YES
and red cushions for NO.

I'm sure you will come up with more inventive suggestions.
