Communion: a foggy memory.

Last night Edouard and I discussed
my interest for the Net.

Thanks to Ian I was lucky to be one
of the pioneers of French snowboarding in the early 80's.
A couple of years later my close friends caught the virus too.

One of the most beautiful memories of this time is a Monday morning ride.
It had snowed enough on Auron to keep the ratracks busy all night.
We were the only four persons on the slopes
that early in the morning just after the end of the winter holidays.

And here it came.
The perfect ride.

It now seems like a few seconds
but it might have lasted around 30 minutes.
If I had only one word to describe this ride it would be "communion."
You cannot imagine how fulfilled I felt
to have been able to share this moment
with some of my closest friends.

Part of the reason why I created the JetLog project
and why I am an artist all together
is to try to share future moving moments with more than three people.

It might never happen again
but I am willing to take a chance.
