Japan (Tokyo): Shibuya, l'Empire des "Nains."

On the check of the Coffee shop of the Hotel Grand Palace is printed:
"A 10% gratuity is added to your bill
and we would appreciate your refraining
from individual tipping."

Shibuya is the place in Tokyo to see a lot of street fashion.
At the Cisco "techno record shop"
we found out about some Tokyo techno-trance parties
such as Feel and Automatix.

Shibuya is also the 14th Street of Tokyo.
We spent more than an hour in an "all-electronics" building
very close to Shibayu's train station.

Shibuya is also the empire of the Nains.
There has been a growing tendency in fashion
which I first noticed two years ago in NYC.
It seems to have been initiated by
the young techno crowd (15-20).
It has a vicious twist.
I call this mode the "child-look" ("Childwoman" is now a clothing brand)
and the people who dress this way "les Nains."

Shibuya, mostly populated by college girls,
is the empire of this trend.
